About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Learning Disability Nurse, Children’s Nurse, or Mental Health Nurse to join our secure healthcare team. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and managing a caseload of patients within a secure setting. The role demands a holistic approach to service users, considering their complex needs. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of patients with diagnosed Learning Disability or ASD. Conduct initial assessments, develop appropriate care plans, and follow up procedures. Participate in processes designed to assist patients at risk of self-harm/suicide, following NICE Guidance.
