As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and managing a caseload of patients within a secure setting. The role demands a holistic approach to service users, considering their complex needs. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of patients with diagnosed Learning Disability or ASD.
