Debbie has had a varied career at Sanctuary; her previous experience as both Head of Compliance and Head of Sanctuary Training means that she is in an ideal position to transfer her knowledge and skills to her current role of Operations Manager.

She takes responsibility for ensuring that the quality of work carried out is to the highest possible standards, from writing processes to internal audits. By ensuring that all processes are kept up-to-date and accurate for all employees, Debbie is able to successfully work across all aspects of the business, proactively dealing with any issues regarding our workers as well as simultaneously liaising with key regulatory bodies.

Debbie is ideal for her role as one of her biggest strengths is her ability to look at a range of solutions to any particular issues that may arise – this means that she often helps the company go the extra distance to support both clients and candidates.
