Junaid is passionate about support practitioners throughout their career. He provides expert clinical and safeguarding advice and guidance to Sanctuary’s clinical workforce. He plays a key role in supporting practitioners and local teams to meet framework requirements and professional regulatory standards. This involves carrying out clinical interviews and appraisals, and providing clinical supervision where required. As such, he works closely with Sanctuary’s external partners to ensure an excellent standard of care is delivered and maintains a positive close working relationship with regulatory bodies.
