Since joining Sanctuary in early 2018, Alex has found hundreds of healthcare professionals their dream job. With his family being no strangers to the NHS, he has a very personal motivation for helping fill crucial vacancies. He sees his role as giving back to those who have helped the people he loves. Described by his colleagues as helpful, cheerful and chatty, Alex really gets to know his candidates. He takes the time to listen and understand what matters most to them to find them that perfect role.
Alex has a big heart and genuinely cares about his impact, not just in work but on the environment too. A close follower of Sir David Attenborough, he’s passionate about deforestation and even let us into a lesser-known fact; he sponsors a Polar Bear, and so he understands the very real impact of climate change.
