Social Work England is reaching out to its social work community during these challenging times to stay engaged and help social workers to understand how they can continue to meet professional standards and ensure their membership is renewed by the regulator later this year.

Led by their regional engagement team, they will be offering free 90-minute online sessions throughout June and July covering:

•The role of the regulator•The professional standards•Preparing and recording CPD•Activating and using your online account

•How to keep in touch with Social Work England

The session can be counted towards your continuing professional development and will be particularly beneficial for locum and independent social workers. It is something that we recommend attending if you can.

In order to take part, you must book your slot through their Eventbrite page, or for any further queries, get in touch directly. A replay of the event will be sent to all attendees so that you are able to refer back at a later date.
