New app to make international health and social care recruitment simpler
By Lee Emmett
Sanctuary International is excited to introduce MigrateHR; a new international staffing platform that enables UK hospitals to access a global network of candidates, allowing them to recruit high-quality health and social care workers in a transparent and cost-effective way.
The work that health and social care professionals do to help patients and vulnerable people is more important now than ever before.
Sanctuary International, part of Sanctuary Personnel, is passionate about supporting overseas health and social care workers. MigrateHR will provide candidates with a virtual ‘community space’ to communicate on a local and global scale with other workers, and to share resources and best practice.
Although the official launch date of the app is due to be 2021, Sanctuary International is using the software in its current development state, along with its global network, as a way to offer crucial support to overseas workers now, in-light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lee Emmett, Director at Sanctuary International said:
“As the recruitment industry continues to evolve, MigrateHR gives the health and social care sectors the ability to leap forward and engage with local and global communities. Health and social care workers from around the world, who want to progress their careers in the UK, can use our platform to connect with other likeminded professionals, and get the support they need to find their ideal role.”
If you are an overseas health or social care worker, looking to relocate to the UK, sign up to MigrateHR today. For more information, please get in touch with the Sanctuary International team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0333 7000 020.
