Social Work Job – Team Manager

Our client has a full time vacancy for a Team Manager to work within a Duty and Assessment Team based in Rochdale. The pay rate for this role is £31.72 per hour.

Duties -
- Managing a duty and assessment team.
- Taking overall managerial responsibility for child protection investigations.
- Attending panel meetings and court as required.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW or equivalent), be professionally registered in the area you wish to work - SSSC for Scotland, CCW for Wales, NISCC for Northern Ireland or GSCC for England*; and be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates applying to work in England can hold SSSC, CCW, NISCC or GSCC registration. You must have a minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience within Child Protection and you must also have management experience.
