Social Work Job - Adult's Hospital Team

We require Qualified Social Workers to work within an Adult’s Hospital Team in Herefordshire. This is a contract position with an immediate start date. The pay rate for this role is £26 Ltd per hour.

Duties Include-
- Able to conduct rapid assessment.
- Delegate meetings.
- Needs to be able to supervise staff.
- Chair meetings.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK and must have 3 years experience within a similar team. All applicants applying for this role must have Framework I experience.
