Social Work Job – Form F Assessor

We require a Qualified Social Worker to undertake work as a Form F Assessor in the West Midlands. This is a contract position with an immediate start. Payment will be upon application.

You need to have 3 years post qualifying experience, relevant experience in the Assessments and excellent report writing skills. References will be taken to confirm the standard of work completed previously.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the Care Council of Wales, GSCC or SSSC and be eligible to work in the UK.
