Social Work Job – Adults & Older Person’s

Our client has a full time vacancy for a Social Work Assistant to work within an Adults and Older Person’s Team based in South Wales. The pay rate for this role is £12 per hour.

Duties will include liaising with other professional including OT’s, Nurses, Careers and GP’s statutory visits and community work

Requirements -

Applicants must have previous experience in Adult services and need to be familiar with the UA process and be able to carry out statutory reviews.
