Qualified Social Worker - Service Manager

We require a Service Manager to work based in Leeds. This is a contract position with an immediate start date. The pay rate for this position is between £30,000 - £35,000 per year.

Duties Include -
-To take responsibility for the ongoing improvement and development of designated services within the team structure and play a strategic and developmental role within Operations
- To lead Teams and provide line management to direct key individuals
- To ensure that statistics are maintained to provide measurement against performance indicators and meet quality assurance requirements.

Requirements –
Applicants must have previous experience in a supervisory role or Practice Management role to be suitable for this post. You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be GSCC registered and be eligible to work in the UK. Must have Senior Management experience.
