Team Manager – Contact and Assessment

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work as an Adults Team Manager within a Contact and Assessment Team in Oldbury. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £25 - £27 per hour.

Duties Include -
- To be responsible for the day to day management of a fieldwork team, including practice, standards, quality & performance
- To undertake specific duties and responsibilities determined by the Line Manager and Senior Managers to enable the team to achieve its goals and objectives
- To work with the Line Manager to ensure effective functioning of the team in all operational matters

Requirements -
Can didates mus have a Social Work qualification and current GSCC registration, Minimum 3 years post qualification practice in adult social care to include a sound understanding of fieldwork issues/personalisation. A thorough understanding of safeguarding and vulnerable adult protection.
