Social Work Job – Older Person’s Team

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work within a Older Person’s team based in Greater Manchester. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £16 - £19 per hour.

Duties Include -
-Able to manage own caseload.
-Multi-agency working.
- Carrying out Assessments.
- Writing Reports.
- Dealing with referrals.
- Direct payments.
- Reviewing Care Packages/ Care Plans.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK.
