Social Work Job - Fostering Programme Manager

Our client requires a Fostering Programme Manager to lead their fostering programme in Hillingdon. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £37 per hour (Limited Company Workers).

This position will be working towards the Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care for Adolescents (MTFC-A) programme introduced by the Department for Education which began with the national piloting of Multidimensional treatment of foster care for Adolescents. The team will provide developmental support, training and consultation and ensure fidelity to the treatment model.

Candidates must have considerable experience managing fostering programmes and ideally previous work with multidimensional fostering teams.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK and must have 3 years experience within a similar team.
