Social Services Job – Leaving Care Team

Our client has a vacancy for a Qualified Social Worker to work within a Leaving Care Team in Barnet. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £28 per hour.

Duties Include -
Must have experience working within a Leaving Care environment and relevant laws relating to this area of work. You will be working in the Leaving Care Team with responsibility to Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children and must have knowledge of Leaving Care procedures, e.g. Pathway Plans, LAC review, Conducting Age Assessments and knowledge of Immigration and Children Acts

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be GSCC registered and be eligible to work in the UK and must have at least 2 years post graduate experience.
