Qualified Social Worker - Adult Safeguarding Team

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adult Safeguarding Team in Southampton. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role £24 ltd.

Candidates must have the Following:
- Knowledge of Care Management Process, Policy and Standards.
- Experience of working in adult services.
- Experience of working with complex cases.
- Experience of working within a Care Management framework, including assessment of need, application of eligibility criteria and the formulation of care plans.

Requirements:
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK.
