Qualified Social Worker – Referral and Assessment Team

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adults Referral and Assessment team based in Southampton. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £25 per hour.

Duties Include -
To carry out reviews and assessments on people in there own homes and residential homes and making recommendations on the services they receive.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK and must have 3 years experience within a similar team.
