Qualified Social Worker - Adult's Hospital Team

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adult's Hospital Teams based in East Sussex. This is a contract position with an immediate start date. The pay rate for this role is £22 (limited company workers) per hour.

Duties Include -
- To take responsibility for & complete assessments.
- To lead on & complete holistic assessments of the social care needs of individuals with regular, structured supervision.
- To lead on identifying & assessing continuing care needs.
- To manage a complex caseload of individuals & carers where the support plan has been put in place & may need close monitoring or frequent review or where interventions to minimise & manage risk may be required.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW or equivalent), be professionally registered in the area you wish to work - SSSC for Scotland, CCW for Wales, NISCC for Northern Ireland or GSCC for England*; and be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates applying to work in England can hold either SSSC, CCW, NISCC or GSCC registration. All applicants must have post qualifying experience within a Fostering Social Services department.
