Qualified Social Worker - Adults Team

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adults Team based in The Highlands. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £27 per hour.

Duties Include -
- Evaluating urgency of response required to a referral.
- Engaging in a structured discussion with those making initial enquiry of the service and evaluating any information given.
- Community outreach work.
- Applying service access criteria to make a judgement on whether a referral is appropriate.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW or equivalent), be professionally registered in the area you wish to work - SSSC for Scotland, CCW for Wales, NISCC for Northern Ireland or GSCC for England*; and be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates applying to work in England can hold either SSSC, CCW, NISCC or GSCC registration.
