Hospital Discharge Social Worker

Our client has a full time vacancy for a Qualified Social Worker to work within a Hospital Discharge Team based in Belfast with a pay rate of £20-24 (limited company workers) per hour.

Duties Include -
- We are looking for an experienced social worker who has worked within a social work dept within a hospital. - -- - Ideally with discharge experience.
- You need to have a current Access NI and be registered with the NISCC.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW or equivalent), be professionally registered in the area you wish to work - SSSC for Scotland, CCW for Wales, NISCC for Northern Ireland or GSCC for England*; and be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates applying to work in England can hold either SSSC, CCW, NISCC or GSCC registration. You must have hospital experience or have Adults and Children post qualifying experience.
