Professional Advisor to Fostering and Adoption Panels

We require a Professional Advisor to Fostering and Adoption Panels based in Manchester. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £30 per hour.

Duties Include -
- Experience of managing a team of social workers/regular supervision both formal and informal to team members
- Ability to delegate tasks to staff including senior practitioners as part of the duty function, within a focused accountability and responsibility framework
- Manage the allocation of work to appropriate staff; allocate resources including financial

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK and relevant management experience, knowledge of permanency planning for children, adoption, fostering and childcare law, regulations and guidance.
