Advanced Social Worker – Merseyside

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work as a Advanced Social Work Practitioner to work in a busy Learning Disabilities social work team in Merseyside. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £20-£25 per hour.

Duties Include -
- Implementing individual and/or group therapy sessions.
- Carrying out needs assessments.
- Vast experience of safeguarding in an LD setting and have the ability to lone work at times.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW or equivalent), be professionally registered in the area you wish to work - SSSC for Scotland, CCW for Wales, NISCC for Northern Ireland or GSCC for England*; and be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates applying to work in England can hold SSSC, CCW, NISCC or GSCC registration.
