Team Leader - Adoption

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work as a Team Leader within a Adoption Team in South London. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £42 per hour.

Duties Include -
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet objectives, in a supportive way
- Ability to organise self and others in order to prioritise work and achieve target
- Comprehensive understanding of, and ability to work within, the legislative and policy framework relating to children in need, children at risk and children being looked after

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK and must have 3 years experience within a similar team and must have at least 2 years adoption management experience.
