Social Work Job - Adult's Team

We require Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adult's Team based in South London. This is a contract position with an immediate start date. The pay rate for this role is £22 ltd per hour.

Duties Include -
- Reviewing/duty team older people
- To undertake social work assessment with customers and their Carers
- To ensure that the primary responsibility of safeguarding vulnerable adults is delivered in accordance with the law and local policy and guidance
- Mainly review hospital discharge care packages but need someone flexible

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be registered with the GSCC, SSSC, Care Council of Wales or NISCC, be eligible to work in the UK. All candidates must have 3 years experience within a similar team.
