Qualified Social Worker – Referral & Assessment

Requirements -
We have many vacancies for Qualified Social Workers to work within a Referral and Assessment Team in East London. This is a contract position with a start date of ASAP. The pay rate for this role £26-30 (limited company workers) per hour.

Duties Include -
- Completing Initial Assessments and Child Protection Investigations under Section 47 of The Children’s Act of 1989.
- Undertaking duty work.
- Initiating and implementing child protection plans.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW or equivalent), be professionally registered in the area you wish to work - SSSC for Scotland, CCW for Wales, NISCC for Northern Ireland or GSCC for England*; and be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates applying to work in England can hold either SSSC, CCW, NISCC or GSCC registration. You must have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience within a frontline child protection team.
