Joint Services Team Manager – South West London

We require a Qualified Social Worker to work as a Joint Services Team Manager in South West London. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is negotiable.
 
 
Job Duties –
- Determining effective use of resources from the Learning Disability Joint Fund or future funding arrangements and working with external resources and agencies to improve the range and quality of services available to service users and carers.
- To lead on developing strategies and plans across statutory agencies and the voluntary and community sector on Learning Disabilities issues.
- To use high quality and effective methods of communication to inform, consult and involve all partner organisations, service users, carers and the public in planning learning disability services.
 
.Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be GSCC registered and be eligible to work in the UK.
