Qualified Social Worker – Assertive Outreach Team

Our client requires a Qualified Social Worker to work within a Assertive Outreach Team, working 4 days a week based in Leicester with a pay rate of £25 - £26 per hour.

Duties -
- Assessing people with mental health problems
- Formulating and implementing care plans
- Working within a multi-disciplinary setting

Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW or equivalent), be professionally registered in the area you wish to work - SSSC for Scotland, CCW for Wales, NISCC for Northern Ireland or GSCC for England*; and be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates applying to work in England can hold SSSC, CCW, NISCC or GSCC registration. Must have 2 years experience within an Adults Community Mental Health Team.
