Duties:
- Support young people to improve their attendance in school as well as improving their engagement in their education placement
- Develop creative, strengths-based approaches to working with children and families
- Be based within the school although you will also be expected to support young people and their families within the community
Requirements of the Youth Justice Prevention Officer:
- Degree or equivalent within Social Work
- Social Work England registration
- Previous experience working within Children's Services
- Car Driver/have access to appropriate transport to travel citywide
