Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an ITU Senior Staff Nurse to join our client's cutting-edge ITU Unit at a prestigious private hospital, one of the largest in the UK, currently rated as "Good" by the CQC. Situated in an environment equipped with the latest technology, their critical care unit caters to level 2 and 3 patients, offering specialist care across various disciplines such as GI, Neuro & Spinal.

As an ITU Senior Staff Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role, acting as a deputy to the sister/charge nurse. Your responsibilities will include ensuring comprehensive care delivery by liaising effectively with patients, their families, and the wider team. With a nurse-to-patient ratio frequently at 1:1 or 1:2, you'll have ample time to focus on delivering exceptional care and honing your skills.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
  • Neuro, Cardiac, or General ITU specific skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Completion of a Critical Care Course (60 Credits).
