Job Title: Senior Mobile MRI Radiographer

Shift Pattern: Full-time, 36 hours per week (Monday - Sunday)
Salary: £40,000 - £44,500 per annum (depending on experience) + £3000 car allowance

Due to continued growth and expansion, they're seeking an enthusiastic MRI Radiographer to join our client's friendly team. As a Mobile MRI Radiographer, you will work across multiple mobile sites in the South Region, covering their sites across Cambridgeshire in particular. The ideal candidate will hold a valid UK Driver’s License, and they will provide a car allowance and/or mileage.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct a range of MRI scans independently, adhering to all guidelines and safety protocols.
- Independently provide safe and high-quality diagnostic imaging services in MRI.
- Exercise personal and professional autonomy, making critical clinical judgments using your knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.
- Greet and explain scanning procedures to patients in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Input accurate patient data and assist patients safely.
- Ensure patient dignity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with clinic/hospital teams and address service-related issues and queries.
- Complete end-of-day reports and upload images to PACS.
- Support scanner maintenance and report stock requirements.
- Support in the training of other radiographers as required.
- Stay up to date with scanning procedures and trends.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Policies and assist in incident/complaint investigations.
Skills and Knowledge:
- BSc in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC Registration.
- Strong knowledge of Radiographic techniques, including MRI.
- Familiarity with contra-indications for scanning.
- Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated understanding of patient care, health & safety, and continuous professional development (CPD) requirements.
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
- Immediate life support training (desirable).
