Join our client's dynamic team as a Sister/Charge Nurse in their cutting-edge Intensive Care Unit (ITU) at the hospital, their prestigious 4th NHS Joint Venture. At their state-of-the-art facility, tailored to cater to both patients and staff, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care. The hospital boasts a 50-bed capacity, offering a range of specialties including Cardiology, Cancer, and Complex Surgery, coupled with the latest in clinical infrastructure and technology synonymous with their healthcare standards.
In this role, you will lead by example, championing high standards of specialist care while ensuring the holistic needs of their patients are met. Your leadership prowess will shine as you mentor and guide your team, stepping up to lead in the absence of the ICU Lead when necessary.
Your responsibilities will span a diverse spectrum, from delivering bespoke, complex care in collaboration with their multidisciplinary team to nurturing and developing junior staff members. What We Require:
- Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Completion of a recognised post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits)
- Experience in Cardiac or General ITU
