As the ITU Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the department, working closely with the Intensive Care Matron to oversee personnel deployment, mentorship, and daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass budget management, ensuring patient safety, and delivering an exceptional patient experience while upholding clinical governance and CQC standards.
