Job Title: Endoscopy Lead Nurse

Salary: Up to £45,185.43 per annum (depending on experience)
Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Lead Endoscopy Nurse to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional Endoscopy care while also assuming leadership responsibilities as necessary. Care will be tailored to meet the individual needs of patients and Consultants, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Responsibilities of the Lead Theatre/Endoscopy Nurse role include:
- Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality Endoscopy care
- Leading the team to ensure adherence to safety protocols and efficient procedure management
- Collaborating effectively within the hospital environment
- Contributing to team cohesion and achievement of objectives
- Efficient resource management within the department
- Participation in staff education, training, and development
- Equipment maintenance and infection control measures
- Preparation of patients for procedures
- Provision of urgent or emergency care as required
- Compliance with supply usage procedures and departmental directives

- Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Endoscopy nursing
- Proficiency in a variety of Endoscopy procedures
- Demonstrated ability to deliver superior Endoscopy care
- Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexibility to adapt to departmental needs
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service to patients and Consultants
- Effective team player
