Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to take on a new locum opportunity based in Grimsby. Duties will include: working with people with dementia completing new assessments.
Location: Grimsby
Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract, with a view of extending to 6 months
Pay Rate: £35 per hour (assignment rate)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm
Requirements of the Care Coordinator:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Proven experience working as a Care Coordinator
- Valid NMC Registration
- Someone who can start as soon as possible
