Sanctuary began trading in 2002 providing qualified social workers and care professionals to Social Services throughout the UK. Our fast response times and our dedication to best practice have established us as preferred supplier to over 170 UK Councils, Cafcass, SSAFA, the NSPCC and to other leading public sector organisations.

Growing rapidly since formation, Sanctuary now employ over 100 people from our head office in Ipswich and provide a truly nationwide coverage of the UK.

Sanctuary Personnel has successfully achieved ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and we have also been acknowledged as a ‘Positive About Disabled People’ 'Investors in People' and 'Equality Assured' organisation.
